Firsts at Dallas

Kiting session for Bev and Maurice!

The good run continued at Dallas today and everyone got what they wanted or needed.

Lots of kiting practice throughout the day with Maurice and Bev trying to make sense of my commands: "lift, lean, spin, pull, brake, flare, load, etc." Although frustrating at the start of the day, they both came away with the beginnings of a kiting skill set. Good work you two!

After one short trip to the beach, Shabe waited for some stronger wind and got his first extended soaring flight here. There was a fair bit of west in the wind so it was by no means guaranteed. Well done Shabe!

It was Roman's last day on the island and the wind cooperated to give him a nice flight before he had to jet for the ferry. We'll look you up when we visit Switzerland in the future Roman!

Lee, Pierre, and Charlie all clocked some airtime as well.
