Easter Weekend Escape!

I know, I know. It had been less than two months since we were last there but direct flights from YYJ to HNL via WestJet sealed the deal: Natalie and I went for our shortest trip to date - flying out this past Thursday afternoon and returning late last night.

We heard that you all had some sunny, warm days complete with south winds at Dallas so it's not like everyone suffered too badly during our absence.

As for us, the winds were forecasted to be more kiteboarding-friendly than paragliding, but I ended up flying Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for many hours and Natalie scored a nice Easter Sunday flight on her new Airwave glider. She also made some good progress kiteboarding on Monday and Tuesday - not to mention the usual Hawaiian Aloha-wonderfulness.

Now I'm really ready for the Vancouver Island Paragliding season to get underway.
