Two More for David

Rick and I drove up to Duncan, arriving in the LZ just after 1pm and David pulled in right behind us. The sky was overcast but the wind calm so we headed up in time to see Kibben (sp?) execute a nice forward launch from Middle in nil wind.

I drove down while Rick helped David set up and as soon as I was ready in the LZ, David launched off, with Rick following, quickly afterwards. As expected, there wasn't any lift to be found, but the air was smooth and a flight is a flight especially (as in David's case) when you're still in the single digits!.

We loaded the Delica up and were soon back up top where we repeated the process - this time, however, the sun made an appearance as it started to dip back down towards the horizon, providing some nice views as it does at this time of the day.

On both flights, David had solid launches and landings.
