Rain and Wind

All the locals were happy to see rain and we were told that with it would come clear views (the skies are pretty hazy). It rained for a couple of hours and then the sun broke back out and we had a later start for what would be our last flights at the local Sarangkot launch.

Conditions appeared normal on launch but it wasn't long before everyone was airborne and feeling the increased wind in the thermal drift.

Rick and Charlie made a run for Torapani and got hammered coming back and that was about it for XC attempts. Everyone handled the challenging conditions well and hours of airtime were logged nonetheless.

Tomorrow we head to a new site called Dickie Danda and we have big hopes...
