Snow Hill

Toboggans Anyone?

A couple of Saturdays back, Natalie and I joined Matt and Cal at the Training Hill expecting (as it had on the rest of the southern island) for the recent snow we had to have melted.

Nope! There was still plenty of it in Cowichan Station and the TH had a nice, crunchy blanket of the white stuff.

Cal and Natalie put in a few flights each and Matt, as per usual, completed close to 10 no-wind forward launches and, after a couple of sessions that include some wind, will be ready for solo flights from the mountain!
